Who: Disabled aspiring youth workers and participants from 6 European countries
Strive! team is excited to share an immersive opportunity to drive social change! Step Into Paralympics (SIP) is an 8-day Youth Exchange designed to challenge stereotypes and build deep empathy through the world of Paralympic sports. By “stepping into” the daily and athletic experiences of disabled individuals and working alongside Paralympic athletes and facilitators, participants will explore new ways to foster a truly inclusive society. ✨
The Experience
This exchange is about experiential learning. You will move beyond theory, engaging directly with sport and advocacy to understand the barriers faced by disabled people and, more importantly, the power of removing them. If you are passionate about accessibility and want to take active steps toward social change, we want to hear from you! 🌟
Costs & Support
We believe in removing barriers. All travel, accommodation, and food costs are fully covered by the project, in accordance with Erasmus+ standards.
